Contract Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft subcontracts and main contracts, as well as related amendments
• Lead negotiations with counterparties and reach agreement on commercial and legal terms
• Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including variations, claims, payments, extensions, and close-out
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, deadlines, and key milestones
• Manage day-to-day contractual correspondence with subcontractors and clients
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
• Identify contractual risks and propose practical solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams on contract-related matters

Qualifications and Experience

• Higher education in Law or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of the contract management process.
• Experience in a construction, oil & gas, or industrial environment is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
