Freight Forwarding Manager

We are looking for a Freight Forwarding Manager to join  our team — someone who not only has experience but also wants to grow with us. What will your day-to-day work look like?

• Organizing freight transportation from point A to point B.
• Communicating with existing carriers 
• Managing curtain-sided freight throughout Western Europe.
• Taking care of customers by maintaining regular contact with existing clients and  being their first point of contact whenever questions or needs arise. You will also actively seek new customers and freight opportunities.
• Collaborating daily with the accounting, sales, and other teams to ensure smooth  operations.
• Monitoring freight exchanges and market availability to stay up to date and secure  the best possible terms.

What are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or transportation (an advantage).
• Experience with freight forwarding processes — route planning, carrier selection, and shipment tracking should be familiar to you.
• Russian at native speaker level, good command of professional English
• Confidence using computers and everyday digital tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills — you know how to communicate  effectively and negotiate the best possible terms.
• A responsible and organized approach, with the ability to plan, react quickly, and deliver results even under time pressure 

Salary

• 1000–1200 manats net per month, depending on your experience and competencies, plus a performance-based bonus system
