Partner Operation Manager

Job Summary

• Responsible for the management and operations of Azerbaijan partners, primarily handling tasks such as partner training, certification, performance, and incentive management.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize the collection of frontline operation experience, provide internal enablement training, and improve the frontline's partner development capabilities. Organize partner enablement training to improve partners' technical capabilities in products and solutions.
• Organize the frontline to complete partner certification or certification renewal according to the partner certification/certification renewal process, and issue certificates to partners.
• Interpret policies to partners, optimize publicity and enablement materials related to the policies, and publicize and promote the policies to partners through multiple channels to improve the application capabilities of the policies and processes.
• Manage partners' performance and incentives, collect and verify partners' performance and incentive data, as well as data on order, revenue, and capability fulfillment, organize the review of partners' issues, and support partners in achieving their business goals.

Technical Skills:

• Master the basic knowledge of partner policies and partner sales. Be familiar with the basic knowledge of partner management. Have basic knowledge of business compliance and internal control. Master partner policies and basic partner sales knowledge; be familiar with basic partner management knowledge; possess basic knowledge of business compliance and internal control. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in partner management, sales operations, channel management, business development or a similar role.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Fluent English; Russian is required.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.
