About us
- Kunafe is a confectionery manufacturer in Baku that makes high-quality oriental sweets. Our distribution network is growing fast, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our HoReCa channel and turn it into a key growth driver for the company.
Your mission
Build, lead and grow Kunafe’s presence in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering across Azerbaijan.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the HoReCa sales strategy, including targets, pricing, terms and channel priorities
- Build, lead and motivate the HoReCa sales team; set KPIs and track performance
- Acquire and personally manage key accounts: restaurant chains, hotels, catering companies and coffee chains
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms and long-term partnerships
- Analyze the market, competitors and customer needs, and find new segments and opportunities
- Plan sales budgets, forecasts and reporting for top management
- Work with production, logistics and marketing to ensure smooth delivery and strong service quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in HoReCa, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Background in FMCG, food, confectionery or beverage distribution is a strong advantage
- An established network of contacts in Baku’s restaurant and hotel market
- Proven record of building sales teams and hitting ambitious targets
- Strong negotiation, analytical and strategic planning skills
- Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian; English is an advantage
