- Collaborate with employee recruitment, selection, and hiring processes.
- Organize orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Prepare work schedules for varying working hours and seasonal work requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal employment policies and labor legislation.
- Assist with employee performance evaluation and career development programs.
- Input all employee data into SAP HRIS system and maintain the accuracy of the database.
- Organize employee training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and personnel files.
- Handle weekly and monthly HR reports like turnover report, headcount report, training report, and payroll reports
- Proceed all new employement contracts and proceed separations in EMAS & ISB database
- Take active part in organizing and implementing sport & social activities in the Hotels to strengthen positive corporate culture and workplace conditions
