Order specialist

About the Position

• Workplace Interiors is looking for an Order specialist to join its Interior Materials & Furniture Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating order processes, communicating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial quotations and product presentations based on client requirements.
• Process customer orders and ensure accuracy of pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery terms.
• Review proforma invoices, order confirmations, and related commercial documents.
• Communicate with clients regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and follow up on procurement and production processes.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery of materials and furniture.
• Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules with logistics providers and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain order-related documentation and records.
• Work closely with Sales, Project Management, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor order costs and report any discrepancies, delays, or other issues.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers throughout the order process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 year of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
