Freight Forwarder

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily international road transport operations.
• Communicate with drivers, transport managers, and international colleagues.
• Monitor loading, unloading, delivery schedules, and transport progress.
• Handle delays, operational issues, and unexpected situations.
• Update transport orders and maintain accurate information in internal systems.
• Ensure proper transport documentation and timely communication of relevant updates.
• Contribute to efficient transport operations and follow company procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport or logistics.
• Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
• Higher education is required, preferably in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Preferred Qualifications and Advantages
• Russian language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Experience in international road transport, particularly in the European market.
• Knowledge of CMR documentation, transport procedures, and route planning.
• Experience with transport management systems (TMS) or ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of additional languages, such as Azerbaijani or Turkish.
• Experience working in an international, multicultural environment.
