We are looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-oriented Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team and create memorable first impressions for our guests!
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and greet guests in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
- Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Coordinate with the service team to maintain efficient restaurant operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest service, preferably in a 4–5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong guest service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
