Class Mentor & English Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development as a Class Mentor.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, and behavior.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into lessons.
• Provide regular feedback and maintain effective communication with parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mandatory).
• 2+ years of English teaching experience.
• Excellent English communication and classroom management skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Experience in international or English-medium schools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the IB curriculum is a plus.

Fluency in English is mandatory and the interview will be conducted in English.
