Accountant

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
• ACCA F3 and F7 are required as a minimum; PMS certification would be a significant advantage.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and presentation skills – verbal and oral.
• Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated, and organized;
• Good research, quantitative, and analytical skills;
• Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Good knowledge of laws, government regulations, and legislation that affect the financial industry;
• Languages: Azerbaijani (native), English (intermediate), Russian (advantage).

Responsibilities:

• Organize initial bookkeeping, Evaluate and reconcile diverse financial operations, inspect and confirm source documents, including invoices and expense docs;
• Organize source documents, files and other account affiliated information;
• Performing bank related operations, issuing invoices and tax returns;
• Settlements with debtors and creditors, preparation acts of acceptance;
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns, e-invoice, SSPF, statistic and financial reports;
• Other job-related tasks required by Manager.

Working conditions:

• In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
• Work schedule: full-time (5 days per week from 09:00 till 18:00).
• The company provides service transportation from Koroglu m/s.
