Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and manage potential clients looking to purchase, sell, or invest in commercial and residential properties.
- Conduct on-site property viewings, present detailed investment propositions, and guide clients through project benefits.
- Manage sales leads from initial inquiry through negotiation to the closing of transactions and contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local and international investors, corporate buyers, and property owners.
