Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and execute paid advertising campaigns across key platforms (Meta Ads Manager [Facebook/Instagram], Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok).
- Structure targeted lead-generation funnels specifically designed for real estate buyers, high-net-worth investors, and commercial clients.
- Continuously monitor ad spend, conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments, and optimize campaigns for lower CPL (cost per lead) and high ROI.
- Coordinate closely with the 3D designer and sales team to develop high-converting visual assets, landing pages, and ad copy.
- Track key performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards, and translate data into actionable marketing recommendations.
