We are looking for a C1–C2 English-speaking Call Center Operator for a fully remote position with daily communication with native English speakers.
Requirements
- True C1–C2 spoken English — mandatory
- Excellent speaking and listening skills
- Fast reaction, good comprehension and multitasking
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Own PC, stable high-speed internet and noise-cancelling headphones
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Provide accurate information about services and procedures
- Document calls and customer interactions in CRM
- Follow company policies and confidentiality standards

Conditions:
- Schedule — Baku Time
- Monday–Saturday, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM (5 working hours)
- During wintertime, shifts will start and end one hour later.
- Salary: 400 AZN NET
Additional Option: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 PM–2:00 AM (5 working hours) - Not needed at the moment — will be considered later.
