Logistics Specialist / Logistics Coordinator

Conditions:

• Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (near Koroglu Metro Station)
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
• Days Off & Public Holidays: In accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international air, ocean, road and multimodal shipments.
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents, carriers and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (AWB, BL, CMR, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Request and negotiate freight rates with carriers and partners.
• Ensure accurate operational data entry into company systems.
• Support invoicing and operational reporting activities.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure high service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree 
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics operations or supply chain management.
• Fluent Azerbaijani,  English and Russian (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with logistics and freight forwarding systems will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and customer focus.
