Core Product Manager

Job Description

• Develop core player journeys, including registration, verifi cation, account management, and payments.
• Improve shared platform services and back-offi ce tools for internal teams.
• Defi ne the scope of our native iOS and Android apps, support their launch, and continue improving them after release.
• Build the Core product roadmap, prepare requirements and acceptance criteria, and align priorities with the CPO.
• Use product data, player feedback, competitor insights, and A/B tests to identify opportunities and measure the impact of changes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience launching or developing a native iOS or Android app, including managing releases.
• Experience developing web products, shared platform features, and user journeys.
• Understanding of mobile UX, app store release processes, APIs, and how applications interact with backend services.
• Confi dence working with product metrics, setting priorities, and evaluating results.
• Ability to own an initiative from requirements through release and work effectively in a growing team.
• Russian profi ciency at C1 level — required.
