About the Role

• Huawei Digital Power is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in Azerbaijan. The role focuses on strategic customer development, solution sales, key account management, and local ecosystem development across renewable energy, energy storage, and data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop market insights, sales strategies, and business expansion plans for Azerbaijan.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and senior decision-makers.
• Identify business opportunities and drive solution sales across solar PV, energy storage, and data center infrastructure.
• Lead key projects by coordinating internal teams and external partners to develop competitive solutions and achieve business targets.
• Develop local partnerships with EPCs, system integrators, distributors, and project developers.
• Lead commercial negotiations, optimize contract terms, and ensure high-quality, sustainable business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy, ICT, Business, or related fields.
• Strong capabilities in sales, business development, key account management, and commercial negotiations.
• Good understanding of power electronics and digital energy solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; Azerbaijani, Russian skills are an advantage.
• Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, data center infrastructure, or the local Azerbaijan market is preferred.
